What to inspect on the model
The 2023 HRX25 is a Malaysia-made Panel in Spectraflame blue with Real Riders. It was distributed through a limited redemption release, so package and release details matter when checking an example. The redemption history alone does not establish a car’s authenticity or value.
For a loose car, compare the side, roof and rear graphics with the paint, wheels and base. Several editions share the same body casting, so the theme alone is not enough to confirm an exact release.

Package and item identifiers
The Series 5 package names HW Sunset Cruisers and #58. Match those package details and HRX25 to the vehicle’s powder-blue finish before treating it as this release; NFT Garage packaging is distinct from the Pop Culture blister cards.
Read the series name and series number together with the toy number. Franchise artwork alone is not enough to distinguish releases that share a theme.

Condition and value research
Start with the exact identifier 2023 HRX25, then separate sealed, opened and loose examples. A mint card, a card with creases or a loose vehicle with paint wear are not equivalent conditions. For loose cars, inspect graphics, wheels, base, glass and roof before comparing a sale.
Use completed sales for this exact release and record whether the package, card and vehicle are included. Asking prices and a different ’55 Chevy Panel issue do not establish the value of HRX25; no price is assigned here without that evidence.
Frequently Asked QuestionsQuick checks for this release.
How do I identify HRX25?
HRX25 is the 2023 NFT Garage Series 5 #58 Panel in Spectraflame powder blue. Confirm the code and package identity alongside the finish.
Does the year alone identify it?
No. The code, series/theme and physical details should agree. The 2022 HCN88 and BHR17 show why the year alone is insufficient.
Is the ’55 Chevy Panel the same casting as a ’55 Chevy Bel Air Gasser?
No. The Panel is a closed-body delivery vehicle; the Bel Air Gasser is a different Hot Wheels casting with a raised drag-racing stance.
