Kadee 233 supplies the three-part gearbox arrangement used for suitable HO 30-Series coupler installations. The separate box, gearbox lid and spring lid support assembly of the appropriate torsion-centering setup.

Compatibility and installation

Assemble with the correct 30-Series coupler and spring arrangement, following its instructions. A suitable 2-56 screw is commonly used through the center mounting hole; screw length depends on the model. Check height and free movement before operation. This is a gearbox-and-lid pack, not a coupler kit; couplers, centering springs and mounting screws are separate.
