Product details

Tamiya 35181: German Panzerkampfwagen IV Ausf.J in 1:35 Scale

Build Tamiya's unassembled plastic model of the German Panzer IV Ausf.J, the late-war version of the Panzerkampfwagen IV. This 1:35 Military Miniature Series kit (item 35181) depicts the long 75 mm gun, distinctive Schürzen auxiliary armor panels, and detailed running gear. Tamiya lists the completed model at approximately 200 mm (7.9 in) long.

What's in the kit

• Plastic parts for the Ausf.J tank with 75 mm gun and turret/side armor details.
• Options for open or closed crew hatches and the brake-maintenance panel.
• Two styles of idler wheel details, modeled after cast and tubular designs.
• Belt-type tank tracks and detailed suspension components.
• Commander figure and decals for finishing the model.

Assembly and finishing

This is a static-display assembly kit, not a radio-controlled tank. Assembly, cement, paint and finishing supplies are required and sold separately. Dry-fit the armor panels and track runs before final assembly. Manufacturer images may show an assembled, painted example rather than unfinished parts.
