MINI GT Corvette Z06 GT3.R: Daytona 2025 Number 3 vs. Number 4

Choose MINI GT MGT01168 for Corvette number 3 and its Garcia, Juncadella and Sims lineup; choose MGT01197 for number 4 with Catsburg, Milner and Varrone. Both represent Corvette Racing by Pratt Miller Motorsports at Daytona in 2025. The number-3 entry finished second in the GTD PRO class.
The two yellow Corvette Z06 GT3.R models look closely related because they share the team’s design. A favorite driver, a specific entry or a deliberate two-car team display gives you a clearer buying choice than the color alone.
Number 3 or number 4: identify the exact release
| What identifies the model | Number 3 | Number 4 |
|---|---|---|
| Item code | MGT01168 | MGT01197 |
| Driver lineup | Antonio Garcia · Daniel Juncadella · Alexander Sims | Nicky Catsburg · Tommy Milner · Nicolas Varrone |
| Team and event | Corvette Racing by Pratt Miller Motorsports · 2025 IMSA 24 Hours of Daytona | Same team and event; a different numbered entry |
| Result documented for this edition | GTD PRO class second place | No finishing position specified in the supplier description |
| Individual model length | Approximately 3 inches / 7.6 cm | Approximately 3 inches / 7.6 cm |
Each item is an individual 1:64 model. The event year identifies the represented race entry, while the full MGT code identifies the miniature offer. The listed lengths are approximate catalog figures; the centimeter values are rounded conversions.
Compare the actual numbered cars
These cards open the exact MM products. Their original combined photos show the packaged model and an enlarged view of that same car, so compare the numbers and markings without treating the photographs as one shared scale drawing.
Number 3 · MGT01168
Choose the Garcia, Juncadella and Sims entry for its exact driver lineup and documented GTD PRO second-place edition. Its white number 3 sits on red panels on the hood and doors.
The same single model appears packaged and enlarged. This is also the car in the article’s main image.

Number 4 · MGT01197
Choose the Catsburg, Milner and Varrone entry. It shares the yellow-and-black team design, but the hood, doors and rear panel identify number 4.
The photographed package and unboxed car depict one offer. The package label identifies reference 1197.

Look beyond the shared yellow paint
Both photographed cars have yellow bodywork, black roof and lower-body areas, red mirrors, black wheels and a black rear wing with red ends. Oshkosh markings appear on the body and wing, with Mobil 1 lettering above the rear wheels. Those similarities make them a coherent team pair, but they will not tell you which numbered entry you are holding.
Check the white numeral in the red door panel and the matching hood number. The rear view provides another check: the black rear panel carries a red 3 or 4. The small driver-name strip above the side window also differs. Use the full product reference when ordering; the similar race artwork and team colors on the packaging are less reliable identifiers than the actual car number and item label.
Keep the number-3 result with its class
LiveCarModel’s exact MGT01168 description identifies second place in GTD PRO. IMSA’s report of the 2025 season also records Garcia, Juncadella and Sims finishing runner-up at Daytona in its discussion of that class. This supports the specific number-3 result; it is not an overall victory claim.
If you make a display label, keep the class and event together: “Number 3 · Daytona 2025 · GTD PRO second place.” The MGT01197 offer identifies the other driver lineup and event without the same result wording. That omission is not a reason to assign it number 3’s result or guess a finishing position.
Buy one favorite entry or build the team pair
For a driver-focused gift, start with the recipient’s preferred name and match it to the table. For a Corvette Racing display, choosing both references creates an intentional comparison of two entries at the same event. The number change and driver names are the point of that pairing; you are not buying two different body colors.
If there is already a yellow Corvette in the collection, check its number and item code before ordering. Another Corvette Z06 GT3.R can represent a different event or year even when the general shape looks familiar. Record “MGT01168, number 3, Daytona 2025” or “MGT01197, number 4, Daytona 2025” so the collection record remains useful after the outer packaging is stored away.
Know the model’s features before choosing a display
Both exact published descriptions specify rubber tires, diecast metal bodies and chassis, cabin and exterior detailing, soft rubber side mirrors and blister packaging. The photos show an illustrated box beneath the car inside each blister. Each offer supplies one Corvette; choosing the pair means selecting both references.
The photographs show the body panels closed, and neither exact description promises opening doors or hoods, working steering or powered-track compatibility. Choose these offers for their documented race markings and shape. If a moving mechanism is central to your display, establish that requirement separately instead of inferring it from the racing subject.
Allow room around the wing and the package
Each model is listed at approximately 3 inches, or 7.6 cm, long. That does not establish its width, height or complete retail-package size. The rear wing and mirrors deserve room around them when arranging the cars or lifting them out of a compartment.
For a loose two-car scene, measure the usable shelf or case space and allow access to each model. Side-by-side and angled arrangements need different footprints. For a sealed display, measure the complete card and blister rather than choosing a protector from the car’s three-inch reference. Both photographed cards show 14+; check the exact package’s age guidance when buying a gift.
Questions about the Daytona Corvettes
Are these ordinary road-going Corvette Z06 models?
No. Both offers identify the Z06 GT3.R racing subject with a named team, numbered entry and Daytona event. Choose a road-car release separately if that is the version the collector wants.
Does 2025 establish the miniature’s manufacturing date?
No. Here it identifies the represented Daytona event. It does not establish when a particular miniature or package was produced.
