Silver paint can hide fine scratches in a flat photograph. Ask for a second angle across the roof and doors, and check the black wheel faces for marks. A rear view is especially useful for seeing the wing and its supports without the body blocking them.
On a carded car, reflections in the blister can look like paint marks or conceal them. A close view of the miniature is more useful than an image showing only the illustrated BMW above it. Inspect card bends and blister lifting separately from the condition of the car.

Is this the same decorated car that came in the BMW two-pack?
No. The Boulevard edition has silver paint and black wheels. The JBK99 M3 GTR has white paint, red and blue race graphics, gray wheels and number 3 on the door.
