Use the same before-and-after scorecard

Use observations such as “rear tire touches the body” rather than an unexplained five-star score. A specific finding tells you what to adjust.

Make a roll comparison repeatable

1. Choose the same clean, stable surface or track arrangement for each comparison.
2. Use the same start position and release method rather than giving one run a harder push.
3. Repeat several runs and record deviations, stalls and visible contact.
4. Change one fitment issue at a time before repeating the test.

Do not convert a few informal runs into a universal claim about rubber tires or a particular wheel brand. The result concerns the car and setup you tested.

If the car rolls freely with the body removed but binds when assembled, inspect the assembled fit rather than buying another wheel design immediately. The interior, body position or inner hub contact may be part of the problem.

A wheel-and-axle set to compare with your donor
