W4606 is the 2012 Boulevard Concept Cars release. It combines the red body with black upper stripes and Real Riders wheels.
Physical Details
The red body has black bands running over the upper surfaces and silver-colored Real Riders wheel faces. These upper stripes distinguish it from the white lower-side marks on the red Faster Than Ever releases. Inspect the tire tread and seating, because a swapped wheel set changes the identification evidence.

Look for wear along the edges of the black stripes and check that the tires sit evenly. A photo from above is useful: the roof and hood decoration does much of the identification work.

Is the red Boulevard car the Faster Than Ever release?
No. Boulevard has black stripes over the top and Real Riders wheels. The Faster Than Ever versions have white side accents and different wheel patterns.
