Compare the hood and fender printing, then ask for axle or packaging evidence to distinguish FTE from the multipack version. A color match is useful, but it does not settle the running-gear difference.

R7563 identifies the Faster Than Ever release. The similar multipack is cataloged under X6999; compare a loose car with its own axle and package evidence rather than relying on the blue paint alone.

Why are two collector numbers listed?

The reference lists US and international mainline numbering for the FTE release. Different regional collector numbers do not by themselves establish a different loose-car configuration.
